DELIVERY POLICY
For physical items, we deliver within the greater New York City area. Please keep in mind that all delivery orders will be subject to fees based on distance. To get a quote for delivery, please email us at studiosweetly@gmail.com.
For digital items, you will receive a download link promptly after checkout. The download link will be active for 24 hours, after which it will expire. If you forget to download within the 24 hour window, contact us!

Want a custom design?
Custom orders will require a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on the size of your order. This timeline will also vary based on complexity.

I want a flavor that’s not being ordered. What do I do?
Place a custom order through the form below.
For macarons, you must place a minimum order of 12 pieces in any or a combination of shapes.
Genoise vs. Chiffon
Chiffon sponges are light and airy in texture. They are generally the foundation for Asian bakery style cakes and are known for their fluffiness.
Genoise sponges are slightly denser in texture compared to Chiffon sponges. However, they can offer a more complex flavor profile as butter is used to enrich the batter.
I need a custom order in a rush.
For rush orders on custom designs, we reserve the right to charge an additional $15. Custom orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to avoid this fee.
MACARON STORAGE
How do I store them?
Macarons may be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. The texture of the shell will change over time and become softer. Consume in a timely manner.
Can I freeze them?
Yes. If you are unable to consume immediately, please place them in an airtight container in freezer. They will last up to 3 weeks. Move to fridge 1 hour prior to consumption.
PAPER FILES & TEMPLATES?
Do you offer free files?
Absolutely! We don’t want to put a limit on anyone’s creativity. Currently, all files and tutorials available for our viewers, are free. Scroll through the DIY section or type “Freebies” in the search box.
How do I edit the PDF files?
Download the PDF then open it using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Remember to save the file first in order to edit it.
How do I download the SVG?
Click the SVG file button. You will be directed to a viewable Google Drive document. The preview is merely an image, you will need to download the actual file. On the top right of the page, you will see a navigation bar with a downward facing arrow. Click to download.
Want the file in a different color variation?
Leave a comment under the specific blog post or message us here. We aim to please, but not all requests can be granted due to the time and work necessary to change and upload each file.

BAKERY
Do you have nut-free options?
Macarons are made primarily of almonds. However, we offer a nut-free option made with cake flour as well.
Please indicate your allergy at checkout.
Do you ship?
Macarons are delicate in nature. Unfortunately, that makes them difficult to ship and we can not guarantee they will arrive in perfect condition.
If you would still like them to be shipped, we can provide a quote for your order.
Cakes can not be shipped.
Can I add macarons on my cake?
Absolutely. Please indicate in notes at checkout and you will receive a quote within 1 business day.

PAPER CRAFTS
What is a Cricut or Silhouette? What do we use?
Cricut and Silhouette are leaders in the at-home file cutting machine industry. There are other competitors on the market, but Silhouette and Cricut have larger resources and file libraries available to their users. We use Silhouette for our projects, Silhouette Studio Business & Adobe Illustrator as our softwares.
Can I tackle these projects without a fancy cutting machine?
You bet! We don’t always use our machine when it comes to cutting. For most projects, a little patience and a lot of passion are all it takes to make and create. The only projects we wouldn’t recommend cutting by hand are the ones that require a lot of small, repetitive pieces such as Paper Cherry Blossoms or Paper Hydrangeas. For those, we intend to offer pre-cut kits in the near future.
I’m not very crafty or I never made paper projects before. Will I be able to do this?
Yes! Every person has their own creative side, they just need a little inspiration and we’re here to help. If you’re absolutely new, start with the beginner crafts. Patience is all it takes to make our projects. Just remember, there is no such thing as a mistake when it comes to making. Getting started is often the hardest part. To find projects based on skill, type “beginner” into search box. We also have “intermediate” and “advanced” projects available. Feeling super confident? Tackle an “expert” level project!
How do you create natural color gradients?
We experiment. We experiment A LOT. Colored pencils, crayons, markers, inking, you name it! Our favorite coloring mediums are watercolor and pastels. We use an acrylic-based watercolor that allows for the gradation of watercolor with the steadfastness of acrylics so that our projects stay beautiful and vibrant for years to come. There’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to coloring, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get the results you want at first. Just keep crafting.
