We use genoise and chiffon sponges for our cakes. Genoise is a buttery, rich sponge with a soft texture. Chiffon cakes are light and airy, made with egg white meringue.
Genoise cakes are paired with creamy, less-sweet Swiss meringue buttercream. Our chiffon cakes come with fresh Chantilly whipped cream.

We ask for at least 2 weeks' notice for orders. We focus on quality and take time to design the perfect cake for your special occasion.
We can accommodate rush orders, schedule permitting. But please try to order early when you can!
