  • How do I confirm my order?

    We ask for 2+ weeks’ notice on most orders. 3+ weeks’ notice on heavy fondant work or larger orders. For rush orders, please reach out to us on Instagram through DMs.

    Full payment is required for orders below $1000. Payment is due at least 10 days before the date of the event.

    For orders over $1000, a 50% deposit must be made up to 1 year in advance to secure the date. The remainder is due 10 days before delivery.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations

    We understand sometimes things don’t go according to plan. We offer a 1 time courtesy reschedule with 1+ weeks’ notice. The rescheduled date is based on availability.

    Cancellations with 2+ weeks’ notice will be fully refunded unless elaborate design work has already commenced, upon which that handwork fee will be deducted.

    Cancellations with less than 2 weeks’, more than 3 days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice will not be refunded.

  • Pickup/Delivery

    Pickup options are as follows. Please be on time for pickups, as our driver will not be able to wait.

    Bayside in bay terrace M-Sun @ 9AM in front of Starbucks at 23-88 Bell Blvd, Queens, NY 11360

    Delivery fees for standard orders to Manhattan & Brooklyn start at $45. For the exact quote and all other delivery areas, please provide the address when requesting a quote. If we are unable to deliver, an Uber courier can be scheduled.

    Delivery is based on availability and is generally scheduled in the morning with an eta window of 9AM to noon.

  • Late pickups/Undeliverables

    Please be on time for pickups, our driver will not be able to wait.

    If you miss your pickup time or your address is undeliverable, your order will be available later the same day in Whitestone, Queens. You will receive an update once available in Whitestone.

  • GF/DF/Nut-Free/Allergies

    We can accommodate gluten-free or dairy-free requests on full-sized cake orders. There is an additional +$10 to $20 charge depending on the size of the order.

    While we use separate equipment for our allergy orders, we work in a kitchen that uses nuts, gluten, and dairy. There is always a small chance of cross-contamination; please order with this in mind.

  • Can I travel with my order?

    Our cakes are prepped to be able to travel for up to an hour, kept away from direct sun and heat. Longer if in an air-conditioned car.

    If you select a fresh cream cake for your order, we advise bringing a cooler bag with ice packs for travel.

    Please note, we are not responsible for the condition of cakes post pickup. We can only guarantee our delivery orders to arrive in perfect condition as we monitor the entirety of the travel.

  • How do I submit payment?

    We currently only accept Venmo as friends or Zelle for standard orders.

    For corporate orders, we can send an invoice and accept card/bank payments.

    Please do not send payment until you have received a finalized quote. Thank you!

  • Where is your shop?

    We are a NYC cottage bakery, without a physical storefront, located in Whitestone Queens 11357.

    We service the five boroughs and can set up and deliver further for wedding/corporate orders.

    We hold a NYC food protection certificate.

  • Cake Tastings

    At this time, we do not offer cake tastings. The easiest way to sample our offerings is to place an order for a lunchbox cake. They are the smallest size we offer and are perfect for taste-testing flavor and checking design quality.

  • Art Replication

    All of our orders are handmade. As such, it is not possible to create exact replications. While we pride ourselves on getting as close to the client's request as possible, each order is unique.

    We reserve the right to final artistic say. Please reference our portfolio to ensure our creative vision is in line with your preferences.
